Kasey and I are having a tough time deciding on a name for this baby. I offer new suggestions to him every day, but we can only seem to semi-agree on 1 or 2 names. I know, you are probably thinking, "Isn't 1 or 2 names all you need?"
Well, yes, that is true. But I'm not completely in love with the names that we semi-agree on. Maybe with time, the names will grow on me. But for now, I'm still searching for something else that we might like better.
It was in my baby name search tonight that I found a celebrity baby name list. It proved to be quite an entertaining read for Kasey and me. Check it out here. Among the favorites, as in made us laugh the hardest, are Peaches Honeyblossom and Heavenly Hiraani Tiger Lily. At least we know that whatever name we pick, there will always be someone whose name is far more unfortunate.

If you ask me, those names are just downright cruel. And our neighbor thought I was mean naming our children old fashioned names. At least people can spell them! There is a little girl in our neighborhood named Valkyrie Eve Estella and her brother's name is Scout Anatoli Everett.
Do you think it is a game to see who can come up with the most unique name? Wow there are some crazy ones!!
Okay so you can steal one of my names since I love it and don't want anymore kids! I love the name Aurora and if I ever get around to having another daughter she will be Aurora Christine (pretty huh) but don't feel bad if you don't like my name cuase I totally get thinking a name is cool and also thinking no way would I ever name my kid that!
I hear ya! We had the hardest yime with Sofia then having consider girl names for babies 4 and 5...yikes!
We are having better luck with boy names thank goodness!
This months Parents magazine had a section about baby names that were NEAT a few pages of names I liked!
Good luck:) We always have issues with names. Celebrity's baby names crack me up, but I kind of feel bad for the kid.
It's kinda like they couldn't pick a name so they just throw all the letters of the three names they like into a hat and pull out some letters and make it into something they can sound out.
Hey, that's not a bad idea. You should just write some letters and pull them out of a hat and see what you come up with. We never agree either. Paden was pretty much the only name we both liked. I like a lot of names, but it seems like Tyler doesn't like ANYTHING!! I like the name Taylie. My niece made it up. It's a mix of Riley and Teja. You can also mix them the other way for Rila? Not gonna lie. I have my girl's (or boy's) name all picked out. HOWEVER - you're due before I am so it will have to remain a secret. ;)
I'll give you my favorite place to go though - to research the name. Letters act as mathematical equations - predicting the characteristics we will develop. My name is spot on, as is Chris's.
