It was brought to my attention that I should not forget Thanksgiving in my attempts to be festive in my blog decorating. So, here's a little nod toward Thanksgiving: how to carve a turkey. (You will want to turn the Christmas music off in order to hear the instructions on the video. When the video is over, you may resume Christmas music.)
